Overview
The Spirit Dual Bike is a 2-in-1 portable magnetic exerciser for the upper and lower body. Placed on a table it exercises the hands; placed on the floor it exercises the legs.
It is magnetically driven with step-less resistance control and bi-directional movement, and the rear floor foot is length-adjustable. The LCD shows speed, time, calories burnt, distance and scan. It aims to improve circulation, muscle strength and joint range of motion, and supports cardiorespiratory endurance.
